He then began chiropractic school at Cleveland Chiropractic College, in Los Angeles, CA, in January of 1994, and graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in May of 1997. Dr. Shaw began his own private practice in Las Vegas, NV in January of 1998, and has continued to serve the Las Vegas community as a Chiropractic physician since that time. In 2002, he became certified to perform Permanent Partial Disability evaluations through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners, and has continued to serve as an expert witness for the Work-Comp and Personal Injury arenas since that time. Since 2002, He has performed well over a thousand combined PPD evaluations, Independent Medical Examinations (IME), and Record Reviews.

Dr. Nicholl went to medical school at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine where he graduated in 1974. Dr. Nicholl then went on to undergo a general surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic from 1974 to 1978. Dr. Nicholl has continued to provide medical care for the Las Vegas community since that time and has worked at Fremont Medical Center, Resort Medical Center, Hogan Clinic, On-call Medicine, Rapid Care, and Physicians to You. Dr. Nicholl also worked independently as a pain management physician for auto accident victims since 1998. Dr. Nicholl opened Rainbow Injury Rehabilitation, LLC in October of 2010.

Dr. Sean Hampton is a 2003 graduate of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC), and has been a practicing Chiropractic Physician in the Las Vegas, NV area since that time. Prior to 2003, Dr. Hampton was certified through NASM as an athletic trainer. He has been involved in coaching youth sports, and has treated athletes since 2006. Dr.
